The Story
A best-and-worst reel of van life in Romania: police stops over the van's mounted antlers, muddy back roads, morning workout routines, Black Sea camping, a leaking stove, and DIY fixes in the aging VW. It ends with Bulgaria refusing them entry at the border, so they turn back toward Serbia.
Why we make these films
Battling Monsters is the mental health movement Jamie Leibert founded. PTSD is the monster. A wingsuit is how he manages it. Not a recovery story. A daily fight, filmed. Every film on this site is free because the people who need it most are the ones who cannot pay for it.
