The Story
Stuck in Romania during lockdown, Jamie buys a 200 euro roof rack for the wing collection, then tears out and rebuilds the van's bed and kitchen using scrap wood and improvised tools to make the space livable. Police check their pandemic movement paperwork mid-build and let them carry on.
Why we make these films
Battling Monsters is the mental health movement Jamie Leibert founded. PTSD is the monster. A wingsuit is how he manages it. Not a recovery story. A daily fight, filmed. Every film on this site is free because the people who need it most are the ones who cannot pay for it.
